Professional Disclosures
Important boundaries for Prospera Advisory’s strategic advisory services and related commercial work.
Strategic advisory scope
Prospera Advisory provides strategic consulting and commercial perspective within the agreed scope of an engagement. It is not presented on this site as a registered investment adviser, securities broker-dealer, securities placement agent, lender, legal adviser, tax adviser, appraiser, engineer, or provider of other regulated services unless separately confirmed and appropriately authorized.
Prospera does not make individualized securities investment recommendations, manage capital, guarantee financing, or guarantee introductions or third-party decisions.
Real estate brokerage
Strategic advisory services are distinct from real estate brokerage. When an activity requires brokerage services, those services and any applicable compensation are handled through the responsible licensed brokerage, under the appropriate agreements and subject to applicable requirements.
Relationships and external outcomes
Relationship mapping, resource research, or an assessment of potential connections may be part of an engagement. Any introduction depends on consent, alignment, availability, applicable law, and the circumstances involved. No particular introduction or resulting transaction is promised.
Prospera’s commitment is to perform the agreed work and provide useful support. External results depend on implementation and circumstances outside Prospera’s control.
Case studies and feedback
Case studies are published only when appropriate approval and supporting records allow the work to be described accurately. Confidential names, project details, financial information, and outcomes are not published without permission.
Public feedback may relate to real estate consulting or professional relationships. It should not be understood to mean that every reviewer received Prospera advisory services.
