Discovery and focused decision sessions

Discovery is a complimentary 15-minute fit conversation via Zoom. The 30-minute Quick Decision Consultation is USD $488 and provides immediate verbal perspective and a practical next step, without extensive document review or a custom written blueprint.

The 60-minute Strategic Decision Brief is USD $1,188. It includes strategic intake, review of up to two relevant documents, a one-page Written Decision Brief within two business days after the session, and one written clarification within seven days of receiving the brief.

Strategic Intelligence Intensive

The Strategic Intelligence Intensive is a one-time USD $2,488 engagement. It includes preparation, a 90-minute working session, and a tailored Strategic Blueprint with a 30-day action plan.

The Strategic Blueprint is delivered within three business days after the session. Material requirements and the applicable review limit are confirmed in the preparation instructions after booking.

Monthly Private Advisory

Core is USD $5,488 per month with two 60-minute strategy sessions and up to four additional scoped advisory work hours. Executive is USD $9,888 per month with four 60-minute strategy sessions and up to ten additional scoped advisory work hours. Additional work hours are separate from the scheduled sessions. An initial 90 days is recommended, not an automatic mandatory minimum or prepaid three-month charge. Actual billing, commitment and scope are defined in the accepted proposal and separate invoice.

Included monthly sessions and the intensive’s included accountability follow-up are scheduled privately. They are not additional USD $1,188 Decision Brief purchases.

Embedded Strategic Advisory

Embedded Strategic Advisory starts at USD $17,888 per month and is custom-scoped. Objectives, responsibilities, documentation, progress reviews, and transition or handoff arrangements are defined for the engagement before work begins.

Separate invoicing and booking terms

Paid services are invoiced separately under agreed terms. This website does not automatically charge clients. A requested appointment is pending confirmation and does not establish that payment has occurred.
